What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)?

Neuro-linguistic programming uses psychology with sound strategies and techniques that a person can use to create the results they desire. NLP is about the brain's language, and knowing NLP gives an individual the power to reprogram their thinking using their many techniques, which bring effective changes and transforms lives.

What is Therapeutic Art?

Art therapy, be it creating art or viewing art, is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. Therapeutic art promotes art as a healing intervention to work through life challenges.

How do I know I'm in a blended family?

Some families are made in this world, and some are joined by a bond different from blood; these are blended families. A blended

family may consist of a grandparent raising their grandchild, an adoptive family, an aunt raising a niece/nephew, or simply a remarried couple bringing two families together.

What is TKWC approach?

Coaching services are offered in a private setting of your own home and conducted via phone, computer and tablet. We are flexible, and have means we have multiple service and communication options including Zoom, Facetime, Google Meets, Google Duo, Skype, or even a simple phone call. You get to choose what works best for you.

What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.

It is now well established and is one of the most researched, effective, and extensively used forms of coaching.
